Hello World!

Hey everybody! I’m back!! The last year and a half has been a trip, to say the least. Childhood cancer sucks, and I hate that any child would have to go through it. I hate that mine still has to have chemo daily and spinal taps every 3 months.  But, I am beyond thankful we only have 11 months to go and then we will be done with this part of our lives. Our normal will never be the same, but it will be nice to not have to worry about sickness quite as much.

I have been homeschooling T this year. So much fun! I love it! (He likes it too. Who wouldn’t want to be able to play with Legos and sleep in and watch YouTube?!) We are finally getting into a regular routine now that he is 6 and is “officially” school age. We do a lot of gameschooling. I love the concept of learning through games-so much more fun than just looking at books and worksheets. 

As a spin off of gameschooling, I’m going to start reviewing things again. More specifically, games and books that pertain to T’s age. Little C is receiving services through the school, but here at home. No germ exposure for him! I will review things if he can use them, but I plan on focusing on T’s age and older. (Hey, adults like board games too!)So...what should I name the new blog? I need a title so I can get it set up. Let me know your thoughts. Keep me updated, and I’ll try to do the same for you!
